The Bank of Maine Ice Vault is excited to announce the 2013 Hockey Night in Maine this summer will be back at The Ice Vault! We are partnering with the Skating Association of Maine to offer this summer hockey opportunity.

HNIM 2013 Youth Summer Hockey Recreational League

MITES, SQUIRTS, PEE WEES, BANTAMS

Game Schedule: Will be weekdays at The Ice Vault for a 10 game season (No Playoffs)

Starting the week of: June 17, 2013

Ending the week: August 23, 2013

League:

This is a summer youth recreational league. It will consist of players from all areas and abilities.  Max of 6 Teams per a level (8 Teams Max at the Mite level)

TEAM APPLICATIONS DUE BY:  May 20, 2013 to SAM Hockey – Team Space is limited so register early!

SUMMER 2013
High School League

The Bank of Maine Ice Vault is introducing its Summer 2013 High School League. Summer hockey can be an excellent tool for working your high school players while giving them just enough ice time to keep the rust off. The program also gives incoming freshmen a chance to get acclimated to high school play.
Each team will play 10 games. There will be no playoff games.
The applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Season Dates:
League play will begin:
Sunday, June 16, 2013
League play will end:
Sunday, July 28, 2013
Schedule: The season will be 10 games (approx. 2 times per week). Games will be on Saturday and Sundays and may include some week nights.

Competitive and Recreational Tournament

@ The Bank of Maine Ice Vault

May 17-19, 2013

• All games will be played at the new Bank of Maine Ice Vault in Hallowell, ME.

• 5-on-5 games will be 1 hour each.

• 3 Divisions of 4-6 teams each (Open, Recreational, and Rec B)

• All teams will play a minimum of 4 games with the possibility for more.

• Saturday 6-10pm at the arena, there will be players banquet. There will be food beverages and items will be raffled off. Non-players may

participate for $5.

• All players are welcome to pay $5 to participate in a skills competition on Saturday sponsored by the Kennebec Skate Shop.

• Discounts are also available at hotels located close to the rink and Margaritas Restaurant .

• The cost per team is $900 and for team application to be accepted there is a $300 non-refundable deposit due.

• The entire balance is due by May 13th.

• Teams who pay their entire balance by April 15th will receive a $100 off their cost.

• Teams will receive prepaid tickets for 2 pitchers of beer/soda at the Ground Round Sports Grill.
